JUDGES (PENSIONS AND LONG LEAVE) ACT 1957 - SECT 2A
2A Length of service if previously an acting judge in Queensland
For this Act, in deciding the length of service as a judge, service as an
acting Supreme Court judge or acting District Court judge is to be counted as
service as a judge.
