Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If a person against whom a good behaviour order has been made commits an offence during the period of the order, a court that deals with the person on a charge for the offence may have regard to the breach of the good behaviour order when determining its sentence for the offence.
(2) Otherwise a court must not take any action in relation to a breach of a good behaviour order.
