Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a court if, under this division, it discharges a community based order, other than a conditional release order, and resentences the child for the offence in respect of which the order was made.
(2) The court must have regard to--
(a) the reasons for making the order; and
(b) anything done by the child in compliance with the order.
