Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) From the relevant commencement, a current decision that was made under the Bail Act 1980, section 7 in relation to a child is taken to have been made under section 50.
(2) If the decision was to release the child on bail, the bail is taken to have been granted under section 52.
(3) In this section--
relevant commencement means the commencement of section 123 of the amending Act.
