Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A keno licensee may make a submission (a control system (change) submission) to the chief executive for approval to change the licensee's approved control system.
(2) A control system (change) submission must be made in writing—
(a) at least 90 days before the keno licensee proposes to start conducting keno games under the approved control system, as proposed to be changed; or
(b) if the chief executive considers it is appropriate to allow a submission to be made at a later time—by the time allowed by the chief executive.
(3) A control system (change) submission must contain particulars of the proposed changes of the licensee's approved control system.
