LIBRARIES ACT 1988 - SECT 13

13 Appointment of State librarian

(1) There is to be a State librarian.

(2) The State librarian is to be appointed by the Governor in Council for the term, and on the conditions, stated in the instrument of appointment.

(3) The stated term must not be longer than 5 years.
