LIBRARIES ACT 1988 - SECT 40B

40B Superannuation schemes

The board may—

(a) establish and maintain, or amend, superannuation schemes; or
(b) join in establishing and maintaining, or amending, superannuation schemes; or
(c) take part in superannuation schemes.
