Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) At all times when adult entertainment is being provided under an adult entertainment permit, the entertainment must be supervised by the licensee or permittee, or a controller, to ensure that it is provided in accordance with this Act and the conditions of the permit.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(2) If subsection (1) is contravened, the following persons each commit an offence—
(a) the licensee or permittee;
(b) a controller whose duty it was to supervise the entertainment at the relevant time.
