LIQUOR ACT 1992 - SECT 153A

153A Sale, supply or consumption of liquor in car park

(1) This section applies if licensed premises include a car park.

(2) The licensee must not, without the chief executive's approval—

(a) sell or supply liquor in the car park; or
(b) allow liquor to be consumed in the car park.

Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.
