LIQUOR ACT 1992 - SECT 168

168 Interference with licence or permit

A person must not—

(a) wilfully or negligently deface a licence or permit; or
(b) alter a particular shown in a licence or permit, without the chief executive's prior approval.

Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
