Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If a lease issued for a significant development is to be transferred, the Minister may obtain an independent assessment of the transferee's financial and managerial capabilities before considering whether or not the transfer should be approved.
(2) The transferee must pay the cost of the assessment.
(3) The cost is not refundable.
