Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the chief executive decides to offer a new lease, the applicant must be given written notice of the conditions on which the offer is made and to which the lease will be subject.
(2) If the chief executive decides to refuse the renewal application, the applicant must be given written notice of the reasons for the decision.
(3) The applicant may appeal against the chief executive's decision to refuse the renewal application if the only reason for the refusal was that the applicant had not fulfilled the conditions of the lease.
