160A Land management agreement condition for particular offers

(1) This section applies if—

(a) a new lease is offered under section 160(1); and

(b) the new lease—

(i) is for rural leasehold land; and

(ii) is to be for a term of 20 years or more; and

(c) the lease land is 100ha or more.

(2) The offer is subject to a condition that the proposed lessee must enter into a land management agreement for the new lease.
