LAND ACT 1994 - SECT 162A

(1) This section imposes conditions on a lease issued under section 162 if—

(a) the lease—

(i) is for rural leasehold land; and

(ii) is to be for a term of 20 years or more; and

(b) the lease land is 100ha or more.

(2) There must be a current land management agreement for the lease.

(3) The lessee must comply with the agreement.
