Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the chief executive issues a permit, written notice of its issue must be given to each entity given a notice about the permit under section 177B.
(2) If the permit is for a term of 12 months or more, the notice must state the day the permit was registered.
