Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Lease land, licence land or permit land may be used only for the purpose for which the lease, licence or permit was issued.
(2) A term lease for pastoral purposes must be used only for agricultural or grazing purposes, or both.
(3) Subsections (1) and (2) are subject to section 154.
