Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A lease, licence and permit may include a condition that the lessee, licensee or permittee give performance security for failure to comply with conditions under the lease, licence or permit.
(2) The Minister may approve a change of the amount of the performance security during the term of the lease, licence or permit.
