Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A deed of grant or deed of grant in trust issued for land containing quarry material owned by the State must contain a reservation of the quarry material, other than topsoil, to the State.
(2) Subsection (1) applies to a deed of grant or deed of grant in trust issued under section 358 only if the land being surrendered is already subject to the reservation mentioned in subsection (1).
