Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A register kept by the chief executive may be kept in the form (whether or not in a documentary form) the chief executive considers appropriate.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the chief executive may change the form in which a register or part of a register is kept.
