Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If any of the following tenures are granted under this Act—
(a) a lease;
(b) a licence;
(c) a permit for a term of 12 months or more;
the tenure document for the tenure must be registered.
(2) If a reserve is dedicated under this Act, the document evidencing the dedication must be registered.
