Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Nothing in this Act prevents the chief executive from examining a plan of survey and related instruments deposited before the plan is lodged for registration.
(2) Section 305 applies to a plan and related instruments deposited under subsection (1).
