Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may act under section 318 to lodge or amend a standard terms document containing terms the Minister considers are necessary inclusions in the terms of a document creating an interest of any type under this Act.
(2) The document may state that it is a mandatory standard terms document.
(3) This section does not limit section 318.
