Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If a sublessor under a registered sublease lawfully re-enters and takes possession under the sublease, the sublessor may lodge a request for the chief executive to register the re-entry.
(2) The interest of the sublessee ends on the registration of the request for the re-entry.
