Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) In a document under this Act, a reference to the repealed Dividing Fences Act 1953 may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to the Neighbourhood Disputes Resolution Act 2011.
(2) Subsection (1) applies subject to the Neighbourhood Disputes Resolution Act 2011, section 98.
