LOTTERIES ACT 1997 - SECT 17

(1) A primary licence must be in the approved form.

(2) The approved form must provide for the inclusion of the following particulars—

(a) the licensee's name;

(b) the type of licence;

(c) the date of issue of the licence;

(d) the term for which the licence is (subject to this Act) to remain in force;

(e) the lotteries to which the licence relates;

(f) the conditions of the licence;

(g) any other particulars prescribed under a regulation.
