LOTTERIES ACT 1997 - SECT 228

228 Regulation-making power

(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.

(2) A regulation may—

(a) be about fees; or
(b) impose a penalty of no more than 20 penalty units for contravention of a regulation; or
(c) be about—
(i) establishing, and operating, a player account; or
(ii) cancelling a lottery ticket; or
(iii) void lottery tickets; or
(iv) drawing a lottery, and publishing results of the draw; or
(v) claiming a prize; or
(vi) distributing a prize pool; or
(vii) withdrawing unsold lottery tickets; or
(viii) prize payouts.
