Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A member hearing a proceeding in the Land Appeal Court has the same privileges, protection and immunity as the member would have if the member were a Supreme Court judge hearing a proceeding in the Supreme Court.
(2) The following persons have the same privileges, protection and immunity as the persons would have if the proceeding were in the Supreme Court—
(a) a lawyer or agent appearing in the proceeding;
(b) a witness attending in the proceeding.
