Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsNeither the Crown, the Minister nor any person acting in the administration of this Act shall incur any liability because of any loss or damage or costs and expenses incurred by any person in complying with this part, and section 50 does not apply to any such person.
