Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) When considering the limited reviewable local government matter, the commission must have regard to the issues that may be prescribed under a regulation.
(2) If the matter relates to the external boundaries of a local government area, the commission also must have regard to the need to ensure the provision of efficient and effective local government in the area.
