Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a local government that would be affected by the limited reviewable local government matter if it were implemented is divided.
(2) The commission must make a determination not to implement the matter if its implementation would result in the margin of allowance mentioned in section 286(2) for a quota for a local government's area being departed from.
