Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), an authorised person may enter a place under an approved inspection program at any reasonable time of the day or night.
(2) For a building or other structure, or the part of the building or other structure, used for residential purposes, subsection (1)--
(a) applies if entry is made to monitor compliance with the requirements for a budget accommodation building under the Building Act 1975, chapter 7; but
(b) otherwise does not apply.
