Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) In each financial year, the Local Government Association must prepare an annual account as at the date fixed under its rules.
(2) The annual account must--
(a) be prepared as soon as practicable after the date mentioned in subsection (1); and
(b) show a true statement of the Local Government Association's receipts and payments during the previous year; and
(c) show the balance of the account.
