Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive of the department may, by written notice, request a local government to give to the chief executive information in writing about anything within its jurisdiction of local government.
(2) The request must specify a reasonable time within which the information must be given to the chief executive.
(3) The local government must comply with the request.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3)--35 penalty units.
