Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Governor in Council may direct a local government for which a financial controller is appointed to pay the Minister a stated amount for the costs and expenses of the financial controller.
(2) The stated amount may include salary and allowances payable to the financial controller as a public service officer.
(3) The direction may state a time for payment.
(4) The stated amount is a debt payable to the State.
