Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This part applies to a corporatised corporation and a local government despite anything in an Act, including this Act, that was enacted before the commencement of this part.
(2) If there is an inconsistency between this part and an Act enacted before the commencement of this part, this part prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
