Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Before a significant business entity becomes a corporatised corporation, the entity's local government may, on the recommendation of the establishment committee, appoint an acting chief executive officer for the entity.
(2) An appointment under this section takes effect on the day the entity becomes a corporatised corporation.
(3) This section does not apply if there is an interim board for the entity.
