Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A local government that, in a financial year, carries on a building certification business activity must apply the code of competitive conduct to its carrying on the activity for the following financial year.
(2) A local government's annual report must state whether or not the local government carried on a building certification business activity during the financial year.
