Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) After making the proposed interim local law, the local government must proceed to make the proposed interim local law as a local law under division 3, starting at step 3.
(2) The local government must publish a notice about the proposed local law under section 868(4) within--
(a) 21 days after the resolution; or
(b) the longer period decided by the Minister under section 861(5) about making the local law.
