Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A local government may decide by resolution that, for the purpose of making and levying rates for a financial year on rateable land in its area, the unimproved value of the land is to be its averaged value under this division.
(2) The resolution must specify whether the averaged value must be calculated under section 960 or section 961.
