LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2009 - SECT 150
150 Impersonating authorised persons and authorised officers
(1) A person must not pretend to be an authorised person.
Maximum
penalty—50 penalty units.
(2) A person must not pretend to be an authorised
officer.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
