LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2009 - SECT 160A
160A Extension of term of councillors elected at fresh elections
A regulation may declare that the councillors elected at a fresh election are
elected for a term ending at the conclusion of the quadrennial elections after
the next quadrennial elections.
