Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA provision of a Local Government Act, that requires a document to contain a statement of a relevant provision of law, is taken to be complied with if the document states that particulars of the relevant provision may be—
(a) obtained, free of charge, on application to the local government; or
(b) viewed at an identified website.
