Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a document that—
(a) purports to be a copy of an entry in a record of the proceedings of—
(i) the local government; or
(ii) a committee of a local government; and
(b) purports to have been signed at the time when the entry was made by—
(i) the mayor; or
(ii) the chairperson of the committee; and
(c) is certified by the chief executive officer to be a true copy of the document.
(2) The document is evidence—
(a) of the proceedings; and
(b) that the proceedings were properly held.
