Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a provision of this Act provides that a person has a stated number of days to appeal to the Supreme Court (the appeal period).
(2) The court may allow a person who may appeal within the appeal period to appeal after that appeal period if the court considers it appropriate having regard to the extent of, and reasons for, the delay.
