Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the law society considers that a claim is not likely to be decided within 1 year after the claim was made, the law society must give written notice to the claimant that the claim is not likely to be decided within that period.
(2) The notice must contain a brief statement of reasons for the delay.
