Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the receiver for a law practice acquires or takes possession of regulated property of the law practice.
(2) The receiver may deal with the regulated property in a way in which the law practice might lawfully have dealt with the property.
