LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2007 - SECT 539

(1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct an external intervener exercising a power under this Act.

Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.

(2) In this section--

obstruct includes hinder, delay, resist and attempt to obstruct.
