(a) the certificate holder is no longer a fit and proper person to hold the certificate;

(b) the certificate holder does not have, or no longer has, professional indemnity insurance that complies with this Act in relation to the certificate;
(c) if a condition of the certificate is that the certificate holder is limited to legal practice stated in the certificate--the certificate holder is, or has been, engaging in legal practice that the holder is not entitled to engage in under this Act.
