Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If a lot is sold under a registered writ of execution, the sheriff, registrar or clerk of the court of the relevant court may execute an instrument of transfer to the purchaser.
(2) On registration of the transfer, the transferee becomes the registered owner of the lot subject to—
(a) registered interests; and
(b) equitable mortgages notified by caveat lodged before registration of the writ of execution.
