LAND TITLE ACT 1994 - SECT 143

143 Withdrawing priority notice

(1) A priority notice may be withdrawn by depositing a request to withdraw the notice.

(2) The request must be—

(a) in the appropriate form; and

(b) signed by or for the person for whom the priority notice was deposited.
